“Stimulus” is on everyone’s mind these days, specifically preceded by “economic,” but central Vermont artist Neale began her mixed-media painting of that name — with oil, wax, fabrics, paper and “castoffs” — in 2006. An abstraction this, well, stimulating, is appealing anytime. Neale shares an exhibit with Randy Allen, Jack Sabon and Axel Stohlberg at Burlington’s Artpath Gallery.
