Connoisseurs nibble their way through the activity barn, tasting morsels from Peak Mountain Farm, Fat Toad Farm, Cabot and more. But it’s not just about cutting the cheese: Cow trivia tests bovine smarts and the farm manager explains the criteria for judging a Jersey in competition.
